At The Southern Practitioner Group, we take your healthcare personally.
We have been in private practice since February of 2018. We started very small working out of our homes and seeing patients who were unable to leave their homes by travelling to them. We provided primary care services to those in Assisted Living Facilities and also in our office. We love the interaction, convenience, support, and sense of normalcy we are able to provide those patients who are unable to get out of their home to go to a "normal" doctor's appointment. Today, we still provide those ALF visits and also have a physical office where we see patients for a variety of services. Everyone on our team, from our Medical Director to our Receptionist, share a passion for people and strive to always create a safe and inclusive environment for patients from all walks of life, backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs.
